Assistant Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide weekly clinical group supervision to 3 MST therapists
  • Assist clinical supervisor with Conducting chart reviews to ensure compliance with Administration of Children Services (ACS), and Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) mandates
  • Provide MST-SA (substance abuse) treatment to families either in the home or the community
  • Train parents to conduct urinalysis and follow MST-SA protocol
  • Assess quality of services, safety and risk of youth in the home
  • In the absence of MST supervisor attend case conferences and ACS meetings
  • Attend MST Trainings


  • Master of Social Work (MSW), or closely related
  • 2 years in job offered or as MST Therapist
  • Valid license as Master Social Worker (LMSW) for the State of New York required
