Mental Health Therapist- Bronx.

Job Summary: Under supervision of senior Mental Health Staff, The Psychotherapist will be responsible for providing mental health assessments and treatments services to diverse individuals and families of various ages.


Essential Function:                                                                

  • Provides individual, group, couple and family therapy.      
  • Maintains minimum of 40 weekly appointments.
  • Completes intake applications, provides linkage and referral to support services.
  • Completes assessments/referrals for Priority Access (COPS) cases.
  • Completes treatment plans, progress notes, psychosocial in timely manner.
  • Attends case conferences, training, meetings and supervisions.
  • Evening and/or weekend hours as required by department.
  • Other duties as assigned.                                                 



  • Masters of Social Work
  • New York State Certified Social Worker.
  • Clinical experience.
