Payroll Coordinator

Sheltering Arms is seeking a Payroll Coordinator, this position will be responsible for the generation of and record keeping of payrolls for Sheltering Arms on a bi-weekly basis. All records must be accurate and timely. 

Essential Functions

  • Process payroll and review for accuracy of approved Time Sheet
  • Review vacation and sick time hours
  • Run and maintain custom reports from ADP
  • Maintain ADP database to stay current with new allocation
  • Establish and maintain employees records, ensure that all employee changes are correct and made on a timely basis
  • Verify payroll was process correctly
  • Assist with audits
  • General Leger accounts analysis
  • Special projects
  • Performs other duties as delegated
  • Experience with ADP E-time a plus


  • Associates Degree
  • Four or more years of related work experience
  • Proficiency in computerized accounting systems and Microsoft office
