Sheltering Arms is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to help assist the Program Coordinator with administrative functions critical to the success of the After School Program.


Essential Functions

  • Log, enter and maintain all attendance logs to ensure accuracy.
  • Utilize spreadsheets to create reports based on data.
  • Draft memos, and communication documents for staff and/or students.
  • File, fax, e-mail, and answer phone calls as necessary.
  • Prepare certificates of course completion
  • Assist with the preparation of marketing and training materials for distribution and posting 
  • Maintain and update calendar of training/events
  • Other related task that may be assigned



  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous administrative experience required
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Publisher required
