About the Program: A community-based gun violence prevention program that aims to reduce and prevent shootings through the use of public health strategies. The program is a replication of the evidence-based Cure Violence model.
Job Summary: The community coordinator will perform work involving planning, implementation, coordination and monitoring of community services to other credible messengers and young people with risk factors for violence. The Community Coordinator will actively create and sustain partnerships. He or she will provide service linkages and communication with intergovernmental agencies and community-based organizations.
