Job Summary: Evaluates programs for compliance and quality standards. Collects and compiles programmatic data and generates reports for tracking, monitoring, and ongoing quality improvement of programs.
Read, know, and adhere to all governing agency, Sheltering Arms, and Quality Improvement Department requirements and professional conduct expectations.
Conduct monitoring and evaluation activities-primarily read case files, but also conduct site visits and review logs, to assess for compliance and quality/best practice.
Ensure regulatory compliance for auditing purposes and respond to audit/evaluation needs.
Complete and distribute timely written review findings and recommendations of all evaluation activities as they occur.
Prepare aggregate data and compliance reports and assist with data reconciliation as requested.
Awareness of and sensitivity to cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of persons and population served
Responsible for maintaining and ensuring compliance with client and agency confidentiality standards and ethical expectations
Responsible for participating in staff development, including attendance in training as required and/or requested

Education: MSW or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience: 3 years in child welfare. Proficiency with Connections preferred.
Skills: Ability to demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented,flexible, and organized. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to take initiative and troubleshoot. Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, and Access and knowledge of management information systems. Willingness and ability to learn new systems.
