Successful candidates will be operating out of the Far Rockaway location and will have the pleasure of servicing families in other parts of Queens: This job description represents an overview of the essential functions of this job. Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Supervisor, the Case Planner will be responsible for case intake, management of cases and providing services to families, in accordance with Administration for Children Services (ACS), SBC Model standards, and Sheltering Arms Policies and Procedures.

Physical Requirements: Must have the ability to complete all standard administrative and support tasks including but not limited to climbing up and down stairs, operation of computers/phones/fax/printer/copy machine, and the ability to lift boxes, furniture, and equipment up to 30lbs. Must be able to travel from the various locations and sites of Sheltering Arms.
